Steve, Bev & Family I am so sorry for the loss of your dad. I, like Jolene also have fond memories of the Borneman/Bretthauer clan getting together.

I will miss Wayne. He was one of my favorite Residents at Hillside. Working in Activities, he always pretended that he didn't want to participate, but then he always showed up. My favorite game with Wayne was UNO. He liked to pretend he didn't know which card to play, and sometimes tried to pay two cards at the same time, he'd also always be pretend to make comments to Marie, who would always ask me, 'What did he say?' Wayne would laugh. . He was a great kidder. His participation in Halloween, dressing up in costumes his daughter would bring in, were priceless! His room, to me, will always be, 'Wayne's room.' Loved that man. He was great to know. He will be missed by me, Marie, and many at Hillside. God bless you all.

I am so sorry to hear that Wayne has passed away. My sincere sympathy to his family. I knew Wayne through the Kendall County Farm Bureau and it was always a pleasure to have him stop in and chat.
